Coppe Cantrell attends the 2010 BET Celebration of Gospel that aired January 10 of this year on BET!

The event was just that, a celebration of gospel music. Steve Harvey hosted the star-studded, red carpet gospel event. Performances included the hottest and the seasoned in gospel music. It was truly a night of music, love and unity as Christian entertainers joined to celebrate and enjoy the talent of the gospel industry.

Coppe surely graced the scene as she wore her flashy sandals and her royal blue apparell, she is truly "Gods Project" and a blessing to the gospel industry!

Stevie Wonder's 102.3 KJLH FM interviews Coppe Cantrell on the Gospel Mix Show

DJ El Vee of The Gospel Mix Show at 102.3 KJLH FM, Stevie Wonder’s radio station in Los Angeles interviewed Coppe Cantrell in December of 2010. That same night DJ El Vee interviewed Christian Rapper, Keith Terrell, pictured above.

Coppe spoke about her single “Holy Groove” and her journey as the album was created. She shared her heart and did a holy groove in the studio with the rest of the crew.

KJLH has been a support to her project with interviews and airplay. Part of the “Holy Groove” music video was shot in the KJLH studio. DJ El Vee is the featuring DJ in the music video.

Gospel Impact Radio interviews Coppe Cantrell on “Yeilded Praise”. This is a hype online radio show ( www.gospelimpactradio.com ) hosted by Ricaye Harries. The show airs every Saturday 11am- 1pm EST.

Ricaye and Coppe had a blast as they spoke about Coppe’s childhood and the passing of her husband, Johnny J, who was producer for the late Hip-Hop artist Tupac. Coppe’s story is one that touches the hearts of many! Listeners were tickled to find out that she is the middle child of 11 children and the mother of 2! She mentioned that she has always believed in God as she was raised Catholic, but became a Christian after the death of her husband of 17 years.

Coppe has found strength and security in almighty God, and his son Jesus Christ. She has now been gifted to share this story of transformation over the air waves through her music and talent.
